STORYTIME - IT’S ALL ABOUT THE KIDS


Kids, turn off the TV and shut off the video games, it’s time for “Radio 96.3 StoryTime” presented by the Jackson County Public Library. Saturday mornings at 9am, Children’s Librarian, Melessa Wiesehan, reads a wonderful children’s story on the radio. As part of Storytime, Melessa also informs listeners about the special programs going on at the library. And kids know to look for the Radio 96.3 Coolbus at their community events.  Sponsored by the Community Foundation of Jackson County.

STUDENT ATHELETES OF THE WEEK


Radio 96.3 is proud to honor the student athletes in our community. Every week during the school year, we acknowledge the special achievements of a Seymour and Jennings County student athlete. The students receive a certificate and are recognized on the radio.

Owlrageous Radio - Mondays 7pm


Every Monday night it’s Owlragious Radio, the weekly radio show for, by and about Seymour High School. This hour long show is hosted by SHS students, David Yazell and David Schultz. It keeps students and parents alike up-to-date on everything going on at SHS. From music and sports, to special events and awards, if it’s going on at SHS Dave and Dave do it first on Owlragious Radio.

Nick’s Picks Jam Band Hour - Mondays 8pm


Nick Kloss picks ‘em and plays ‘em on this weekly show dedicated to jam bands. From the Grateful Dead to Gov’t Mule, Nick gets it in the groove with long jams, requests, ticket giveaways, and lots of concert and band news.

Uncle Scotty’s Hot Tub Party - Saturdays 8pm-1am


Every Saturday night Radio 96.3 hosts the hottest party in town, and you are invited. And what happens at Uncle Scotty’s Hot Tub Party, stays at his party. It will get wild with great music, requests and comedy. Hopefully this week the police won’t get called.
